Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

Shipping costs are 4.95 EUR. For orders over 50.00 EUR, delivery within Germany is free of charge.

International Deliveries:

We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows:

Deliveries to Switzerland:

When importing into Switzerland, we take care of the payment of customs duties and VAT - usually, there are no additional costs for the customer.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods in Germany takes place within 2 - 3 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
