Our Retexturizing Mask creates an even, smooth complexion thanks to the combination of AHAs, BHA, PHA, and Succinic Acid. The scrub made from a 30% acid complex and succinic acid frees clogged pores from sebum, dandruff and impurities. After use, the skin should be moisturized. AHA and PHA promote cell renewal and maintain the moisture content of the skin. The glycolic acid contained in the AHA effectively dissolves dead and dehydrated skin cells and thus accelerates regeneration, while lactic acid, as part of the skin's natural moisture retention system, regulates the pH value.
The BHA it contains not only removes dead skin cells on the surface, but also deeply cleanses the pores of excess sebum, dirt and deposits.
Application
Apply a thin layer to cleansed skin once a week and leave on for five minutes. For sensitive skin, we recommend reducing the application time to just 1–2 minutes. Then remove the mask with a cotton pad and rinse off with warm water. Avoid contact with the eyes both during application and while rinsing. During the day, use a sunscreen with at least SPF 30.
Tip
This mask can be used on both the face and the body (particularly affected areas such as the back).
After use, the skin should be moisturized and cared for with soothing active ingredients. Our Calming Mask and Calming Moisturizer are recommended for this. Due to the water-soluble acids it contains, the mask should be applied before showering.
Notice
For safety reasons, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should avoid products containing salicylic acid (BHA). Since the mask has a very intensive effect, it should not be combined with other active ingredients. There may be a tingling sensation on the skin for the first few minutes. The mask can discolour textiles, so it is better to use cosmetic tissues/cotton pads to remove the mask.
