Beyond that, we make deliberate choices when selecting our ingredients: for instance, we use exclusively vegan ingredients and, as a rule, choose fragrance-free formulations – except for our lip products, which contain vanillin. Every skin is unique and reacts differently, which is why we take back unopened products as well as products tested to a reasonable extent and refund the corresponding amount. That way you can try our products without any risk. Yes. All ingredients are vegan – we do not use any animal-derived raw materials.

For safety reasons, pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid BHA products. Alternatively, a skincare routine containing niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C can ensure clear, radiant, and balanced skin.

To avoid irritation and keep your skin comfortable, we recommend spacing out the use of vitamin C, vitamin A and niacinamide – morning and evening, or on different days. Combining directly with other brightening products or exfoliants should also be avoided. A well-planned routine supports tolerability and contributes to visible results with regular use.
